Craig is the CEO of Service Monkey, which he founded in 2017. As the managing director, Craig has led unparalleled initiatives to steer Service Monkey from modest origins to a vibrant software solutions enterprise. With his seasoned strategic foresight, Craig has used his professional business acumen to define, lead and succeed in organizational leadership in both the public and private sectors.
Christian Panaite

Director of Operations

Chris Panaite leads the Operations Directorate of Service Monkey. Having extensive expertise in enterprise application product management, Chris assumes responsibility for overseeing the company’s portfolio, including business strategy, design, research and operations.

Rodrigo Beceiro

Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Rodrigo is a tech MBA and was among the first-ever graduating cohort of Udacity’s Artificial Intelligence Nanodegree program in 2017. He is also a Scrum Master and a telecommunication engineer with specialized experience in Chatbot and Alexa Skills development, and expertise in enterprise voice user interfaces across several industries.

Ajay Jatav

CEO, WebTunix Solutions

Ajay is the founder and CEO of WebTunix Solutions, and facilitates a global affiliate partnership with Service Monkey in India. Ajay has seasoned experience in an array of advanced technologies, to include Robotics & Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, ECG Signal Analysis Processing and Interpretation, and Sentimental Analysis. Ajay holds a Master of Science degree in Electronics from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh.

Raman Arora

Chief Technology Officer

Raman holds professional expertise in natural language processing, cryptocurrency, prediction analysis, data visualization and data scraping. In 2014, Raman received his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Bharat Group Institute, Punjab.

Pawan Kumar started his professional journey by completing a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering Degree from Himachal Pradesh University, Summer Hill Shimla. Followed by this was the commencement of iNFIN Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Being the CEO, Pawan has used his acknowledged business intelligence to define, lead and succeed as a leader using exceptional strategies to drive the business from minuscule seeds to a quivering company. Not only is he a Google Certified Partner, but he also immense knowledge & excels in Information Technology Consulting and Services, Business Management, Mobile Application Development, Digital Marketing and Web Development.
